Torrential downpour devastates migrants waiting in Tijuana


Devastating heavy rainfall brought additional chaos to the dire living conditions for thousands of Central American migrants camped out at overcrowded makeshift shelters near the U.S.-Mexican border in Tijuana. The Migrants, who are still waiting to plead their case for asylum in the United States, tried to take shelter with their children as torrential downpours battered the town.
