Migrants and refugees, most of them from Eritrea, jump into the water from a crowded wooden boat during a rescue operation in the Mediterranean, about 13 miles (21km) north of Sabratha. Thousands of people were rescued from more than 20 boats by members of the NGO Proactiva Open Arms.
